We have ept it safely stored in our pole building when not in use since the first day we bought it in xxxx. It looks like the day it rolled onto the showroom floor. 2 older husband and wife; No children have camped in it; always non-smoking;I completely covered the driver and passenger seats the first week we owned it so as to not mar the leather if food or drink were to ever be spilled on them.  Also, I covered the sofa with a nice quilt for the same reason.  I loved my beautiful motorhome and wanted to keep it nice. We drove it mainly back and forth to our winter home in Fl.  There we could park it on our property where we had a RV car port. When it was home here in Fairmont, WV, it was promptly put back into it's pole building garage.  We moved to a different city in FL last year and cannot have a car port or pole building on our property. It would have to sit out in the elements at a storage yard.  We aren't going to do that so we are selling it. It's not good to leave one just sit. P.S. Many pictures can be supplied to serious perspective buyers. We are just 10miles south of Morgantown on Exit 137 of I-79.
